Hudson River Housing will soon be launching its ADU Plus One Program and is working alongside the City of Beacon and seven other Dutchess County municipalities to do so. The program is being established to support the development of new Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) through grants of up to $125,000 per unit for eligible homeowners.

Hudson River Housing has set up an online Resident Interest Form for property owners who are considering participating in the upcoming program. While signing up does not guarantee you will receive a grant, this registration is the first step so that HR Housing can reach out to you when the program opens (hopefully in mid to late April.)
