The City of Beacon Highway Department conducts free bagged yard waste pick up year-round. Bags must be left curbside and may only contain leaves, twigs, and grass clippings. Bags that contain other materials, such as rocks, dirt, plastic, or garbage, will not be picked up and are the owner’s responsibility to dispose of.
