WELCOME TO CAMP @ THE CAMP 2025
A summer day camp for outdoor play, art exploration, and nature discovery. For 5-12 year old(completed K-6) campers and 13-15 year old(completed 7-9) CITs (Counselors-In-Training). Camp @ the Camp takes place in the Settlement Camp Park located at 50 Camp Loop Road, Beacon, NY 

Summer 2025 we will offer three two-week sessions:

Session 1: July 7 to July 18
Session 2: July 21 to August 1
Session 3: August 4 to August 15

Campers are eligible to register for one two week session.

City of Beacon Recreation Online Registration opens March 18th at 10:00am for Beacon Residents.

All campers must have current immunization records uploaded to your MyRec account and approved by Beacon Recreation before registration. Deadline for records is Tuesday, March 11 by 3pm. If you have submitted the required documents by the deadline of March 11th you will be eligible to register for our summer programs beginning March 18th.

-Campers are age 5-12 as of December 1, 2024.
-Younger children must have completed 1 year, full-day kindergarten.
– It is expected that your child can handle all of their own bathroom skills and can independently change their own clothing.
–CITs must be between 13 & 15 years old  (must have turned 13 by December 1, 2024).

Tuition

– Camp tuition is $550/per 2 week session for Beacon residents. $660/ per 2 week session for non-residents.
– Camp hours 9:00am to 3:00pm
– We do not offer extended day programming
– We offer a $25 tuition discount for additional siblings attending camp simultaneously.

Space is limited, and a complete registration is required. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a set number of spaces available to ensure balanced age groups each week. Tuition assistance may be available. Contact the Recreation Department at 845-765-8440 to discuss your needs.
