On November 27, 2023, Mayor Kyriacou formally created the Fishkill Avenue Concepts Committee, tasking the body with developing conceptual ideas for the northeast section of the City of Beacon, around and including Fishkill Avenue (State Route 52). After finalizing appointments to the 11-member body in January of 2024, the Committee holds meetings every month.
