On November 27, 2023, Mayor Kyriacou formally created the Fishkill Avenue Corridor Ad Hoc Committee, tasking the body with developing conceptual ideas for the northeast section of the City of Beacon, around and including Fishkill Avenue (State Route 52). After finalizing appointments to the 11-member body in January of 2024, the Committee will hold its inaugural meeting on Wednesday, March 20th in the City Hall Courtroom.

This meeting will be open for public attendance but will not feature public comment until a later date.
