On January 4, 2021 Mr. White was appointed, and unanimously approved, as the City of Beacon’s 4th City Administrator. He worked as the Deputy Director of Planning for Ulster County for the previous nine years managing multi-million dollar projects – including repurposing of an unused school into a satellite community college campus, as well as planning and constructing rail trails throughout Ulster County.
