How to Access Live City Meetings

July 24, 2020

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the City is currently holding all meetings via the video conference platform Zoom. The public is welcome to attend and participate. To access upcoming meetings, visit the City Calendar at the bottom of cityofbeacon.org. You will find all of the necessary information to join meetings.

Should you wish to participate in the meeting, click the “Raise Hand” option on the Zoom screen. If you are calling from a touch tone telephone, simply press * 9 to alert the host that you wish to speak. Please note that there is no mechanism to speak to the Council/Board, or communicate with the host through YouTube.
