PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the City Council will be holding a Special City Council Meeting immediately following the City Council Workshop in order to vote on the Draft Police Reform and Modernization Plan and on the City’s Community Choice Aggregation Program. The Special City Council Meeting will take place on the same Zoom link as the City Council Workshop preceding it. Once a member of the public has logged onto the City Council Workshop, they will also be able to view and participate in the City Council Special Meeting.
